Obituary

Paula E. (Schuster) Carnazza, 66, of Montclair passed away on February 19, 2017. Born and raised in Brooklyn, she then lived in Staten Island for 18 years before moving to Montclair over 25 years ago.

Paula was an elementary school teacher at Holy Rosary in Staten Island for 15 years and then an Executive Administrative Assistant for Bear Sterns in Manhattan for 22 years.
She loved reading, needlepointing, and spending time with family, friends, and her dogs.

Beloved wife of the late Joseph P., who passed away in 2014. Devoted mother of Kathryn of NYC, Gregory of Camp Lejeune, NC, and Matthew of Maywood. Loving daughter of Sophia Schuster of Staten Island and the late Edward Schuster. Dear sister of Claire Schuster of Staten Island, John Schuster and his wife Carolyn of Mentor, OH, and Valerie DiDonato and her husband Steven of Staten Island. Loving daughter in law of Anne Marie Lynch of MA and the late Paul Carnazza. Much loved sister in law of Stephen Carnazza and his wife Susan of Marion, MA; John Carnazza and his wife Steffanie of Worcester, MA; James Carnazza and his wife Cornelia of Holden, MA; and the late Anne Marie Carnazza, Paul Carnazza, Susan Carnazza and Mary Mowatt. Cherished aunt of many nieces and nephews.

Funeral
Saturday 8:45 AM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton, and 10 AM at St. Cassian RC Church, Upper Montclair. Visiting Thursday 7-9 PM and Friday 4-8 PM at the funeral home. Interment, Monday, February 27, 11 AM at St. John's Cemetery, Worcester, MA.
