Paul Michael Swierad, 40, of Wantage passed away on May 13, 2025. Born in Passaic, he was raised and lived in Wayne before moving to Wantage in 2021. A US Army Veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom, Paul served his country honorably and faithfully for 8 years. After he left the service, Paul ran his own landscaping company for many years.

Beloved husband of Erika Trajtemberg. Devoted father of Alexi Victoria Swierad. Cherished son of Wieslaw and Danuta Swierad. Dear brother of Christopher Swierad, Bernadette Plewa and her husband Sylwester, and MaryAnn Arico and her husband Charles. Loving uncle of Gabby and Patrick Arico, Dalia, James and Maya Plewa, and Joel and Maya Trajtemberg, and Matias.
