Patria A. Laza's Obituary
Patria (Aduna) Laza, 90, of Clifton, passed away on November 28, 2015. Born in the Philippines, she came to the US in August, 1981 and settled in Chicago, IL, before moving to Clifton many years ago.
Patria was a Pharmacist for National Pharmaceutical in Elmwood Park for 12 years, retiring in 1994.
Beloved wife of the late Pacifico L. Laza, who passed away in 2003. Devoted mother of Vicente Laza and his wife Maria Cristina of the Philippines, and Roselle Schmitz and her husband Anthony of Clifton. Loving grandmother of Sheri Ann, Angela, Victor and Catherine. Dear sister of Norma Aduna-Yap of Alpine, and Alex Aduna of North Carolina.
Services are private under the direction of the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton. Patria's remains will be taken to the Philippines to be placed with her late husband Pacifico at a later date.
