Olga (Pelesh) Maio, 83, born on September 25, 1938 peacefully passed away on December 22, 2021. Olga was born in Carbondale, PA, and was a resident of Clifton, Paramus, and Sparta, NJ. Olga is survived by her sons Joseph, Phillip, John, and her daughter Kristin, her sisters Mary Osinski and Patricia Luongo. Also, Olga has six grandchildren and three great grandchildren along with many cousins, nieces and nephews.

Olga received her Masters of Business degree from Montclair State University, and taught various courses at Gibbs College, Berkeley College, and Montclair State University. She was an active member of the Holy Spirit Orthodox Church in Wantage, NJ. Olga was known for her fashion sense, kindness, homemade chocolate chip cookies, and love of life. She will be dearly missed by all who she came to know and love.

Visiting Tuesday 11AM-1PM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton, with a prayer service beginning at 1PM.
