Natalia (Mahrel) Maksymiw, 89, of Clifton passed away on April 27, 2015. Born in Pidhaychyky, Ukraine, Natalia came to the US in 1973 and settled in New York before moving to Clifton 24 years ago. A parishioner of St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Church, Passaic, Natalia worked in Maintenance for the National Kinney Corp., NY, for many years, retiring in 1991. Beloved wife of the late Stefan who passed away in 1967. Devoted mother of Anna Karlicki of Clifton, Zenon Maksymiv and his wife Olga of Lake Hopatcong,and Myroslava Tymkiv of Ukraine. Cherished grandmother of Oksana, Natalia, Bohdan, Kristina, Alysa, and Stefan. Adored great grandmother of Nelia, Stanislaw, Chrystyna and Oleksandr. Dear sister of the late Myroslaw Centy, Andriy Mahrel and Anna Woszna. Funeral Friday 8 AM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton, & 9 AM at St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Church, Passaic. Interment, Holy Spirit Ukrainian Catholic Cemetery, Hamptonburgh, NY. Visiting Thursday 2-4 & 7-9 PM at the funeral home with Parastas at 7 PM.
