Michael John Trombitas, 56, of Clifton, passed away on May 4, 2014. Born in Passaic, he was a lifelong resident of Clifton. A parishioner of St. John Kanty RC Church, Clifton, Michael worked in the Shipping/Receiving Department of Home Depot in Passaic for 17 years. Michael was an avid fisherman, NY Yankees Fan and NY Jets Fan. Beloved husband for 31 years of Maryanna (Tyma). Devoted father of Michael Joseph and Sarah Trombitas, both of Clifton. Dear brother of Susan Seidman of Vernon and Edward Trombitas of Clifton. Funeral Thursday 9 AM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton, and 10 AM at St. John Kanty RC Church, Clifton. Interment, George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus. Visiting Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the funeral home.
