Michael J. Kinney, 52, of Clifton, passed away on January 25, 2023. Born in Livingston, he lived in Newark and Bloomfield before moving to Clifton in 2009.

Michael enjoyed countless hours at the Stanley Zwier Memorial Playground at Richardson Scale Park in the Athenia Section of Clifton.

Beloved son of the late Patricia Ann (Naseef) and the late John Peter Kinney. Loving stepson of James Schmidt. Dear nephew of Michael, Arleen, Evelyn, Marlene, Kathy, and the late Michele.

Services were private under the direction of the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave, Clifton.
