in the comfort of her home. She was surrounded by her husband, all of her four children and two of her seven grandchildren.
Born in Passaic, she lived there before moving to West Milford in 2016.
A parishioner of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel RC Church, Passaic, Maryann was a Customer Service Manager for Engineered Assemblies Corp., Teterboro for 20 years, retiring in 1992.

Maryann will be best remembered as a mom that always put her loved one's needs in place of her own. The matriarch of the family, sacrificing so much for her children and grandchildren, her love for her family was immeasurable.
During her 10 month battle with her illness, she was rarely alone. The family took turns with her care to assure that she was comfortable. Though the odds were not in her favor, she moved forward and fought with such strength that would have been expected from Mary Ann. She made her family proud.
Beloved wife for 55 years of Matthew . Devoted mother of Lori Paz, Matthew Paz, Amy Biancamano and her husband Christopher, and Jennifer Gunther and her husband Timothy. Loving grandmother of Michael, Morgan, Mattilyn, Theod ore , Mia, Chloe and Ava . Dear sister of JoAnn Cunningham and Edward Filliman. Cherished sister-in-law of Judith Gentile and her late husband Andrew , and Christine DelPoz z o . Loving aunt of many nieces and nephews.
She was so loved and will be
greatly
missed, her loss is felt deeply by all.
Funeral Wednesday 8:45 AM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton, and 10 AM at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel RC Church, Passaic. Cremation will be private. Visiting Tuesday 4-8 PM at the funeral home.
