Mary (DeRisi) Van Seeters, 93, of West Milford, passed away on February 9, 2024.

Born in Paterson, she lived in Wayne most of her life before moving to West Milford. A former parishioner of Our Lady of the Valley RC Church, Wayne, Mary was a cafeteria aide for the Wayne Board of Education for 20 years, retiring in 2010. In addition to caring for her family, Mary enjoyed cooking and listening to music.

Beloved wife of the late Albert Frank Van Seeters. Devoted mother of Alanna Kattkowski, Mark Van Seeters, and the late Beverley Phillips. Loving grandmother of Anthony, Ariana, Rebecca, and the late Robert A. Barbiero, II. Dear sister of the late Esther Brigliadoro, Fred DeRisi, Nick DeRisi, and Teresa Maher.

Visiting Thursday, February 15, 2024, 4-8 PM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton. Funeral Friday, February 16, 2024, 8:45 AM at the funeral home and 10 AM at St. John Kanty RC Church, Clifton. Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Totowa.
