Mary T. (Dziewa) Hunka, 75, of Wayne passed away on August 28, 2025. Born in Mieczkow, Poland, she traveled to the US in 1963 and settled in Wayne.

Beloved wife of the late Waclaw Tadeusz Hunka who passed away in 2004. Devoted mother of Thomas T. Hunka and his fiancé Jenna Costa of Oak Ridge, Robert Hunka and his wife Sandra of Wayne, and Jesse Hunka and his wife Jacquelyn of Parsippany. Cherished grandmother of Justin, Christopher, Robert, Jr., Landon and Jesse, Jr.

Her children and grandchildren were the most important part of her life. She was always there for them whenever they needed her.

Visiting Friday, September 5, 2025 from 4 – 8 PM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton. Funeral Saturday, September 6, 7:45 AM at the funeral home and 9 AM at St. Joseph RC Church, Passaic. Interment, St. Mary's Cemetery, Saddle Brook.
