Mary (Mazurenok) Hilt, 96, of Clifton passed away on September 4, 2012. Born in New York, Mary lived in Passaic before moving to Clifton 16 years ago. An avid reader, Mary was a frequent patron of the Evergreen Manor Library and was a member of Club Evergreen. Mary was a parishioner of the Ukranian Orthodox Holy Ascension Cathedral, Clifton, and worked as an Assembler for SampleMasters, Garfield, for many years, retiring in 1981. Beloved wife of the late Jacob, who passed away in 1984. Devoted mother of Linda Thomas and Jean Zachar and her husband Edward Sinclair, all of Clifton. Dear mother-in-law of James Thomas of Passaic. Cherished grandmother of John and his wife Rachel, Andrea and her husband Dennis, Tracey and Jennifer. Adored great-grandmother of Julia, Brianna, J.T., Matthew and Denny. Dear sister of Ann Mazurenok of Franklin Park and the late Morris Mazurenok. Loving aunt of Mary Ann, Leonardo and Amanda. A very loved and active member of her family, Mary will be greatly missed by all. Funeral Friday 8 AM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton, & 9 AM at the Ukranian Orthodox Holy Ascension Cathedral. Interment, East Ridgelawn Cemetery, Clifton.
