Mary Bakaletz (Gursky), 91, of Clifton passed away on June 26, 2022. Born and raised in Eynon, PA, Mary lived in Brooklyn, NY, for some time before moving to Clifton in 1965. She was a Store Clerk for Sears in Franklin Lakes for 15 years before retiring in 2005. Mary was a member of St. John the Baptist RO Church, Passaic.

Beloved wife of the late Michael Bakaletz who passed away in 2019. Devoted mother of Michael and his wife Karen of Glen Gardner, Steven and his wife Amy of Norris, TN, Andrew of Clifton, Peter and his wife Dolly of Hillsborough and Paul and his wife Suzanne of Mountainside. Cherished grandmother of Michael and his wife Grace, Maryjean and her husband Alec Riou, Rachel, Steven, Morgan, Sofia, Julie, Ben, Sam, Max, Allison and Natalie. Loving great-grandmother of Annie, Nadia and Karina.

Visiting Tuesday 4-8PM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton. Funeral Wednesday 9:45AM at the funeral home and 11AM at St. John the Baptist RO Church, Passaic. Interment, East Ridgelawn Cemetery, Clifton.
