Marta Hirkova, 68, of Clifton, passed away on September 5, 2024. Born in Slovakia, she came to the US in 1996 and lived in Irvington before moving to Clifton 14 years ago. Marta enjoyed cooking, solving crossword puzzles, playing cards and watching British murder mystery shows.

Beloved wife of Jan Kalapos. Devoted mother of Dion Kalapos. Dear sister of Jan Molitori.

Visiting Tuesday, September, 10, 2024, 5-9 PM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton. Prayer Service will begin at 7:30 PM. Cremation will be private.
