Marie Cecilia Remick (nee Carr) died Saturday, June 19, 2010. Born in Passaic, she lived in the Clifton area her entire life.

Marie was the beloved wife of the late Edward Remick, who passed away in 1990. She is survived by two sons, Richard and his wife, Diane of Cumming, Ga, Thomas and his wife, Barbara of Chapin, SC., three daughters, Sharon Hauswirth and her husband Bill of Brick, Rita Remick and her life-partner Pamela Baylis of Palmyra, Va, and Susan Trotta and husband Engene Peter of Williamsport, Pa., as well as 15 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and even great-great grandchildren.

Funeral Thursday 9 AM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton, and 10 AM at St. Brendan's Roman Catholic Church, Clifton. Interment, Cedar Lawn Cemetery, Paterson. Viewing for family and friends will be held on Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 PM. www.shookfh.com ;
