Maria Mendes, 92, of Palm Bay, FL, passed away on March 7, 2021 at the William Childs Hospice House in Malbar, FL.

She was the daughter of the late Ciprian Mendes and Juana Pomales. She was the wife of the late Juan Martinez and mother of the late Luis Martinez. She is survived by her children, Eddie Martinez, Zenaida "Sonia" Martinez Carling and Juan Martinez, Jr.; her grandchildren, Melissa Montanez Gines, Jessica Martinez Heter, Eduardo Martinez, Christine Martinez, Jacqueline Martinez, Alexander Martinez, Daniel Martinez and Sean Martinez. She is also survived by many great-granchildren, brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews and extended family.
