Maria I. (Iniesta) Lopez, 80, of Clifton, passed away on November 4, 2012. Born in Zurgena, Spain, she came to the US in April, 1944, and lived in Newark and Nutley before moving to Clifton in 1957. A parishioner of St. Philip the Apostle RC Church, Clifton, Maria worked for MCA in Haledon for 10 years as a Microfilmer for the NY Times, before retiring several years ago. Beloved wife of Miguel. Devoted mother of Joseph of Clifton, and Maria Zawicki and her husband Chester of Clifton. Dear sister of Joanne Basile of MN. Loving grandmother of Joseph, Christopher, Emily and Michael. Funeral Saturday 8 AM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton., and 10 AM at St. Philip the Apostle RC Church, Clifton. Interment, East Ridgelawn Cemetery, Clifton. Visiting Friday 3-7 PM at the funeral home.
