Maria G. (Mangia) Fazio, 84, of Passaic, passed away on March 18, 2012. Born in Geraci, Sicily, she came to the US in 1969 and settled in Passaic. Maria was a Seamstress in Italy and later worked as a Cafeteria Aide for the Passaic Board of Education for 10 years, retiring in 1992. A parishioner of St. Anthony of Padua RC Church, Passaic, Maria is a member of the St. Bartholomew Society, Passaic, and the Geraci League of Passaic. Beloved wife of the late Joseph who passed away in 1998. Devoted step mother of Josephine Gulla and her husband Joseph of Lacey Twsp., Vincent Fazio and his wife Barbara of Passaic, Bart Fazio and his wife Carol of Wayne. Dear sister of Santo Sabatino of Teaneck, and the late Mauro, Maria, and Sister Suoralena Mangia. Loving grandmother of 7 step grandchildren and 10 step great grandchildren. Dear aunt of Donna Whelan and her husband Thomas of Highlands Ranch, CO.
