Manuel Velez, 84, of Paterson passed away on October 29, 2019. Born in Puerto Rico, he came to the US in 1956 and settled in Paterson. Manuel worked as a factory worker for many years before retiring.

Devoted father of Haydee Rosenthal and her husband Michael of Haledon, Elizabeth Gonzalez and her husband Willie, Millie Perez of Haledon and Juan Perez and his wife Jessamine of Woodland Park. Beloved grandfather of 7 grandchildren. Cherished great grandfather of 10 great grandchildren. Loving brother of Aixa, Anibal, Carmen, Irma, William, Nelida, Juan and the late Nilda.

Visiting Friday 5-8 PM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton, with a prayer service at 7 PM. Graveside service Saturday 10 AM at Calvary Cemetery, Paterson. Kindly meet at the cemetery.
