Maira V. Romero, 64, of Jersey City, passed away on February 25, 2016. Maira, a Seamstress, was born in Valverde Mao, Dominican Republic and came to the US in 1977, settling in Jersey City.
Beloved mother of Franklin Torres and his wife Sara Santiago of Secaucus, and Edwin Romero and his wife Maria Romero of Clifton. Loving grandmother of Joshua, Marc, Angel, Christian and Frank.
Visiting Saturday 3-6 PM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton. Cremation will be private.
