Lucy Ann (DeVita) Pavan, 49, of Clifton, passed away on February 29, 2016. Born in Passaic, she was a lifelong resident of Clifton.
A parishioner of St. Paul's RC Church, Clifton, Lucy was active with the Clifton Southern Division Little League, was past PTO co-president at Christopher Columbus Middle School and past PTO president at Clifton School # 8, and served as Class Mother for many years. Lucy was a Nursing Supervisor at Clara Maass Medical Center in Belleville for the past 15 years and has also worked at Passaic General Hospital for 17 years.
Beloved wife for 23 years of Gregory. Devoted mother of Gianna and Genelle Pavan of Clifton. Loving daughter of the late Ann Marie (Timko) and Louis DeVita, Sr.. Dear sister of Paul DeVita and his wife Laura of Clifton, Frank DeVita and his wife Michele of Nutley, Catherine Erikson and her husband Ian of Wayne, and the late Louis DeVita, Jr., who passed away in 2015. Cherished aunt of Hayden, Brugge, Katy, Jeremy, Madison, Paul, Samantha, George, Savannah, Nicholas, Olivia, Ashley, Drew, Mia and Michael.
Funeral Friday 8:45 AM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton, and 10 AM at St. Paul's RC Church, Clifton. Entombment, St. Mary's Cemetery, Saddle Brook. Visiting Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the funeral home.
