Lucien Arnold Tseng, 53, of Clifton passed away on September 1, 2012. Born in Paramaribo, Suriname, Lucien came to the US in 1975 and lived in North Bergen, New Brunswick, Fort Lee, Somerset and North Caldwell before settling in Clifton. Lucien worked as an Engineer for Union Engineering Inc., Lebanon, NJ, and will be dearly missed by family and friends. Beloved father of Ryan and Rachel, both of Markham, Canada. Cherished son of Njoek-Lam (Lie) Tseng and the late Wen-hua Tseng. Dear brother of Bennito Tseng of CA, Johan Tseng of The Hague, The Netherlands, and Genia Tseng of Clifton. Funeral Service Friday 12:30 PM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton. Interment, East Ridgelawn Cemetery, Clifton. Visiting Friday 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM.
