Louis Nardiello, 80, of Clifton, passed away on January 21, 2021. Born in Passaic, he was raised and lived in the Silver Lake Section of Belleville before moving to Clifton over 20 years ago. A man strong to his faith, Louis proudly served his country in the US Army during the Vietnam War. Louis was a mail carrier for the US Postal Service in Belleville, where he worked for over 35 years. An avid NY Yankees fan, Louis enjoyed sports and was a skilled catcher. Louis' father was a featherweight boxing champion and a member of the NJ Boxing Hall of Fame under the name of Ernie Ratner.

Beloved husband for 55 years of Roseann (DeCepoli). Devoted father of Christina Nardiello and Jennifer Nardiello Galperin. Loving grandfather of Lindsey Nardiello, William J. Bock, III, and Michael D. Galperin. Cherished son of the late Antoinette (D'Andrea) and Anthony Nardiello. Cherished brother of Vincent Nardiello and his late wife Shirley, Conchetta Falzarano and her late husband Philip, and Cecelia Glomb and her late husband George. Louis will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends in both New Jersey and Florida.
