Lothar Bisswang, 80, died on October 10, 2019. He was born in Kiel, Germany and served in the German Navy prior to coming to the US in 1964 where he settled in Passaic.

A recent resident of Maple Glen Center in Fair Lawn, Lothar worked as a tool and die maker for many years prior to his retirement in 2002.

Beloved husband of 44 years to the late Adele Bisswang. Devoted father of  Jean Giacin and her husband Wayne. Brother of Edeltraud Ergendorfer and Siegfried Bisswang, both in Germany with their families. Companion of Ramona Vasquez.

A memorial gathering will be held on Friday from 11 AM – 1PM  at Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton, with a prayer service at 12:30 PM.
