Lorraine (Dawal) Wagner, 82, of Clifton, passed away on June 27, 2012. Proud to be born on the 4th of July, Lorraine was born in Paterson and was a lifelong resident of Clifton. A member of the United Methodist Church in Wayne, Lorraine was an Administrative Assistant for First Fidelity Bank in Clifton for many years, retiring several years ago. Beloved daughter of the late Charles and Elfrieda (Schnuetgen) Dawal. Longtime Companion of the late Matthew S. Trella, Esq., who passed away in 1995. Lorraine died on what would have been his 101st birthday, She visited his grave every day since he died in 1995. She is very happy to be reunited with him once again (and on his birthday!). Lorraine was like a grandmother to Katie Trella Zinsmeister, husband Michael, daughter Allison Grace; Matthew John Trella, Jr; Christian Patrick Trella. Her dearest friends in the world were Trudy Fava (passed away in 2011) and Dot Michaels. She loved Animals, especially dogs. She loved to go to Point Pleasant every week, and did so with Trudy for years, until Trudy passed away. Funeral Wednesday, July 11th, 10:30 AM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton.
