Linda Gardner, 68, recently of Woodland Park, New Jersey, passed away March 30, 2023. Linda was raised in Garfield, New Jersey and also lived in Elmwood Park, New Jersey and Cortlandt Manor, New York.  Linda earned her Bachelor of Science degree and was a Clinical Laboratory Technologist.  At the time of her passing, she was the core laboratory supervisor at The Valley Hospital in Ridgewood, New Jersey, where she recently celebrated her 20-year anniversary of service.  She enjoyed working in her flower garden and hosting family parties, where she was a wonderful home cook and baker.  She also enjoyed traveling, creating crafts and floral arrangements for every season, and studying astrology.

Beloved wife of Simon Gardner.  Mother of Christopher Bzik, with wife Jennifer of Phillipsburg, New Jersey and Joanna Bzik, with husband Michael Luzzo of Jacksonville, Florida.  Stepmother of Christina McGlynn with husband Simon of Binghamton, New York.  Grandmother to Nicholas and Lydia Bzik and Ava and Molly McGlynn.  Sister of Charles Zito, with wife Liz, of Easton, Pennsylvania.

Linda is predeceased by her parents, Joseph and Josephine Zito, and her stepson Thomas John "TJ" Gardner.  She was also survived by her loving family, including aunts, uncles, cousins, brothers/sisters-in-law, nieces, and nephews, as well as caring friends, old and new.

Visitation on Wednesday, April 5 ^th from 2-5PM and 7-9PM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave. Clifton. Funeral on Thursday, April 6 ^th at 10AM at the funeral home with interment to follow at Hillside Cemetery, Cortlandt Manor, New York.

In lieu of flowers, donations made to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network in memory of Linda, would be greatly appreciated.
