Leonard Brodsky, 77, of Bloomingburg, NY, passed away on July 4, 2023. Born in Passaic, he was a resident of Clifton for most of his life before moving to NY State several years ago. A veteran of the US Navy, he was a machinist and ran his family business, Clifton Fluid Power, for many years, later owned a restaurant before working as a Consumer Safety Inspector for the USDA. Len was a pilot for many years and a member of AOPA and the Mooney Aircraft Pilots Association. He also enjoyed remote controlled airplanes and was a member of the Hackensack Valley Flyers and Lazy Eight Flyers. Len was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, fishing, boating and motorcycles.

Beloved wife for 56 years of Eileen (DeMario). Devoted father of Jacqueline Arias and her husband Andrew J. of Bloomingburg, NY, and Leonard "Lenny" Brodsky, II, and his wife Jenny of Clifton. Loved grandfather of Alexander John Brodsky and Emily Lauren Arias. Brother of Dr. James Brodsky of Clifton.
