Laurie (Huk) Roberts, 61, of Bloomfield, passed away suddenly on November 7, 2025. She grew up in Clifton, then made Bloomfield her home for many years. Laurie worked as a dedicated surgical coordinator for Summit Health Group in Clifton for over 15 years, where her warmth and compassion touched many lives.

Laurie found joy in life's simple pleasures—sunny days down the shore, the sound of waves on the beach, a good book in hand, and the laughter of her grandchildren nearby. Her greatest happiness came from time spent with her family, especially playing with her beloved grandchildren.

She was the beloved wife of 41 years to Michael W. Roberts; devoted mother to Brian Roberts and his wife Felicia, Danielle Zirolo and her husband Michael, and Keith Roberts; and cherished grandmother to Wilde Roberts, and Michael and Ricky Zirolo. Laurie was also a loving sister to Gregg Huk and his wife Sheryl, and Garry Huk and his wife Nadia.

Visiting will be held on Wednesday, November 12, from 4 to 8 PM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton. A funeral service will take place Thursday, November 13, beginning at 8:45 AM at the funeral home, followed by a 10 AM Mass at Our Lady of the Holy Angels RC Church in Little Falls. Cremation will follow at East Ridgelawn Cemetery, 255 Main Ave., Clifton.
