Krystyna Szetela, 69 of Clifton, passed away on July 11, 2023. Born in Stobierna, Poland, she came to the US in 1967 and lived in Wallington before settling in Clifton in 1974.

A parishioner of St. John Kanty RC Church, Clifton, Krystyna worked for ADT in Clifton and Hoffmann-LaRoche in Nutley for many years, and was the owner of Sparkling Cleaning Service in Clifton.

Beloved wife of the late Julian Szetela who passed away in 2001. Devoted mother of Thomas of Clifton, Derrick and his wife Laura of Lyndhurst, Gregory of Clifton, Daniel of Clifton, Aneta Ponikowski and her husband Michael of Lincoln Park, and the late Justyna who passed away in 1979. Loving Babcia of Julian, Madison, Brayden, Jameson, Alexandra, Tyler and Lucas Szetela, and Milena and Olivia Ponikowski. Dear sister of Maria Rogala of Garfield, Wesley Mijal of Towaco, and the late Eugeniusz Mijal.

Visiting Friday 4-9 PM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton. Funeral Saturday 8:15 AM at the funeral home and 10 AM at St. John Kanty RC Church, Clifton. Interment, East Ridgelawn Cemetery, Clifton
