Krystyna Forrest, 53, of Wallington passed away on September 16, 2021. Born in Poland, she came to the US in 1972 and lived in Passaic before settling in Wallington. A parishioner of Holy Rosary RC Church, Passaic, Krystyna worked as a pharmacy technician for CVS Pharmacy, Fairfield, for many years.

Devoted mother of Max Forrest of Wallington. Beloved daughter of Zofia (Lapczynska) and Stanislaw Jakowicz. Loving sister of Jackie Dzbenski and her husband Brian of Hamilton, Alicja Brynczka and her husband Christopher of Towaco, and Ryszard Jakowicz and his wife Jennifer of MD. Cherished aunt of Tyler, Jonathan, Alexis, Nicholas, Lucas, Olivia, Sadie and Aidan.

Visiting Monday 5 – 7 PM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton. Funeral Services, Tuesday 8:15 AM at the funeral home and 9:30 AM at Holy Rosary RC Church, Passaic. Cremation private.
