Kenneth Winters, Sr., 67, of Paterson, passed away on April 1, 2014. Born in Paterson, he was a lifelong resident. Ken was an Officer with the Passaic County Park Police Department in Paterson for 10 years and later was the owner of ATCO Transmissions in Paterson for many years. Ken was an avid fisherman, animal lover and had owned several horses. Beloved husband for 24 years of Patricia (Giles). Devoted father of Kenneth, Jr., and Kelli Pitino, both of Pennsylvania. Loving grandfather of Megan, Joseph, Michael, Kenneth, III, and Eric. Dear brother of Christina of Florida and Linda of Garfield. Also survived by several other relatives and friends. He loved his family, which above all, was most important in his life. Funeral Thursday 10 AM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton. Cremation Private.
