Kathleen A. Welch, 59 of Belleville, passed away on October 27, 2020. Born in Providence, RI, she lived in Park Ridge and Bloomfield before moving to Belleville. Kathleen was an Executive Assistant for Celgene Corporation, Clifton, for several years.

Kathleen was the beloved wife of the late Charles Blow who passed away in 1990. She was a devoted mother of Bridget Asch and her husband Mitchell of Cheltenham, PA, and William Johnson of Ramsey. Loving grandmother of Myles and Aksyl. Dear sister of Patrick Welch of Dowington, PA, Michael Welch of Mashpee, MA, and Bridget Pantaleo of Scotch Plains.

She will be fondly remembered for loving her family, she will be deeply missed.

Visiting Sunday 2-4 PM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton. Funeral service Tuesday 10 AM at the funeral home. Interment, St. Mary's Cemetery, Saddle Brook.  In lieu of flowers, donations made to the ASPCA, www.ASPCA.org , in memory of Kathleen, would be greatly appreciated.
