Katherine Michalik, 93, most recently of Wayne, & Clifton NJ , passed away on November 19, 2020. Born in the Rzeszowskie region of Poland, she came to the US in 1960 and lived in Clifton before moving to Wallington &  E Rutherford. Katherine was married in 1962 to John Michalik at St John Kanty  RC Church, Clifton.

Prior to her retirement, Katherine worked as a cook for the Felician Sisters Convent at our Lady of Lourdes Infirmary in Lodi, for many years.

Beloved wife of the late John Michalik who passed away in 1995. Devoted mother of Benny Michalik and his wife Anna of Parsippany, Richard Michalik of Butler, and Paul Michalik of Alabama. Loving grandmother of 4 wonderful grandchildren.

Katherine is survived by her sisters, Bronislawa Stec of Wallington  and Josephine Fudali of Clifton.

Visiting Hrs; Monday 4-7 PM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton. Funeral will begin Tuesday 8:45 AM at the funeral home, follow by a Funeral Mass, 10 AM at St. John Kanty RC Church, Clifton. Interment, St. Michael's Cemetery, South Hackensack, (next to Felician College and Convent in Lodi NJ 07644)
