Karl A. Nenninger, "The Beaner", 91, of Belleville, passed away on May 28, 2026. Born in Bronx, NY, he lived in West New York before settling in Belleville 54 years ago. A US Army Veteran during Peacetime, Karl worked as a Banker for DeWitt Bank in Belleville for over 20 years, retiring 29 years ago. A member of the Old Guard and the Bloomfield Coin Club, Karl enjoyed horse racing, baseball cards, flea markets, and had a great love of animals.

Beloved husband for 56 years of the late Teresa Beatrice Nenninger, who passed away in 2022. Devoted father of Karl M. Nenninger and his girlfriend Valarie Gregory, Christine Fearon and her husband Jeffrey and Laura Gallego and her husband Will. Loving grandfather of Sophia, Katie, Justin and Jessica. Dear brother of Eleanor McMahon.

Visiting Tuesday, June 2, 2026, 6-8 PM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton. Funeral Service Wednesday, June 3, 2026, 10 AM at the funeral home.
