Julia (Kubis) Petrasek, 71, of Clifton, passed away on February 9, 2015. Born in Brooklyn, she lived in New Milford before moving to Clifton 49 years ago. A parishioner of St. Clare's RC Church, Clifton, Julia was a Secretary for McGraw-Hill in New York City for several years. Beloved wife for 50 years of Frank. Devoted mother of Robert and his wife Mary of Montague, Kenneth of Cedar Grove, Steven and his wife Marjorie of Cedar Grove and Debra Petrasek of Clifton. Loving grandmother of Michael, Benjamin, Daniel and Samuel. Funeral Friday 8:45 AM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton, and 10 AM at St. Clare's RC Church, Clifton. Interment, St. Mary's Cemetery, Saddle Brook. Visiting Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the funeral home.
