Juan P. Cubias, 62, of Clifton, passed away on September 15, 2015. Born in El Salvador, he came to the US in 1971 and lived in California and Paterson before moving to Clifton in 1988. A parishioner of St. Paul's RC Church, Clifton. Juan was a Dyer for E & W in Haledon for many years. Beloved husband for 40 years of Roici (Ospino). Devoted father of Juan P., Jr. of Pennsylvania, and Claudia Cortes and her husband Juan of Wayne. Cherished son of Ester (Ruano) Linder of Las Vegas, and the late Anselmo Cubias. Loving grandfather of Mariah Ortiz, Kiara Cortes, and Damian Michael Cubias. Dear brother of Luis and Anselmo Cubias, Rosario Garcia, Sara Ortiz, Martha, Amanda and Julio Cubias, Ana Maria and Sarai Cubias. Funeral Saturday 8:15 AM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton, and 9:30 AM at St. Paul's RC Church, Clifton. Entombment, East Ridgelawn Cemetery, Clifton.
