Jozef Krukowski, 85 of Clifton, passed away on June 9, 2026. Born in Lwow, Poland, he came to the US in 1961 and lived in Clifton and Wallington, before returning to Clifton many years ago. A parishioner of St. John Kanty RC Church, Clifton, Jozef was the owner of J.K. Plumbing Contractors in Passaic for 42 years, retiring in 2009. A member of the Vistula Soccer Club, Garfield, Jozef was also a member of the Polish National Alliance Club.

Beloved son of the late Julian and Maria (Drozd) Otwinowski and raised by the late ciocia Marysia and his adoptive mother the late Maria Krukowski. Loving husband of the late Theresa (Beleski) Krukowski who passed away in 2011. Loving father of Eleanor Krukowski and her husband Douglas Goldberg, Barbara Krukowski - Karl, and Julian Krukowski and his wife Julia. Cherished grandfather of Brian, T.J., Travis, Alexa and Liana. Life companion of Halina Forjas. Dear brother of Aldona, Jolanta, Irena, Piotr and Wioleta. Cherished uncle of Maciej, Monika, Thomas and Magda.

Visiting Sunday, June 14, 2026, 2-6 PM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton. Funeral Monday, June 15, 2026, 8:45 AM at the funeral home and 10 AM at St. John Kanty RC Church, Clifton. Interment, St. Michael's Cemetery, South Hackensack.
