Josephine (Dziewiatek) Tecza, 92, of Clifton, passed away on January 5, 2016. Born in Passaic, she lived there before moving to Clifton in 1946.

A parishioner of St. John Kanty RC Church, Clifton, Josephine was a member of the Golden Circle, the Loaves & Fishes, and the former Rosary & Altar Society. Before retiring in 1988, Josephine was an Assembler for Microtronics in West Caldwell for many years.

Beloved wife of the late Metro Malinchak who passed away in 1980, and the late Thaddeus "Ted" Tecza who passed away in 2002. Devoted mother of Joyce Benech and her husband Bill of Cape May, Kathleen Reilly of Bel Air, MD, and her step children Daria Tecza of Passaic, and Kenneth Tecza and his wife Patricia of Brielle. Loving grandmother of Jennifer, Lauren and her husband Scott, Christine and her husband Paul, Kathleen and her partner Karl, and Sean. Cherished great grandmother of Aria, Madeline, Benjamin and Elias. Dear sister of Jane Kroczenski of Clifton, the late Deacon Chester Dziewiatek (Holy Rosary RC Church, Passaic), and the late Ferdinand "Fred" Dziewiatek.

Funeral Saturday 9 AM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton, and 10 AM at St. John Kanty RC Church, Clifton. Interment, St. Michael's Cemetery, South Hackensack. Visiting Friday 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the funeral home.
