Josephine B. (Stolarz) DeLuca, 97, of Clifton, passed away on December 4, 2016. Born in Passaic, she lived there before moving to Clifton over 65 years ago.
An active parishioner of St. Andrew the Apostle RC Church, Clifton, Josephine was a member of the St. Andrew 39'ers, the Rosary and Altar Society, and the Lazarus Committee. Josephine worked for Western Electric in Clifton during WW II and later for Monroe, a Division of Litton Industries, for several years, retiring in 1966.
Beloved wife of the late James who passed away in 1985. Devoted mother of Raymond of Clifton and Gerald and his wife Rebecca of Houston, TX. Dear sister of Frank Stolarz, Helen Heinemann, Sophie Welker and Ann Hunt. Loving aunt of several nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews.
Josephine is pre-deceased by her brothers Charles, Edward, Bruno and Joseph Stolarz.
Funeral Saturday 9 AM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton, and 10 AM at St. Andrew the Apostle RC Church, Clifton. Interment, Calvary Cemetery, Paterson. Visiting Friday 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the funeral home.
