Joseph A. Gangi's Obituary
Joseph A. Gangi, 82, of Clifton, passed away on August 9, 2016. Born in Passaic, he lived most of his life in Clifton.
An Army Veteran during the Korean War, Joseph was a custodian for the Englewood Post Office for 25 years, retiring in 1999, and was a member of the VFW Post # 2867, Garfield.
Beloved husband of Margaret (Homek). Devoted father of Donna Santos of Clifton, Joseph Gangi of Passaic, Susan Gangi of North Arlington, Christina Delgado of Elmwood Park, and Anthony Gangi of Paterson. Loving grandfather of Dana, Lauren Joseph, Nicole, Emely, Angel, Mia and Siena, cherished great grandfather of Jazmin, Gianna, Jaiden, Leysha and Xavier. Dear brother of Suzanne Cook of Clifton, and the late Marlene Morabito and William Gangi.
Visiting Friday 4-8 PM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton, prayer service at 7:30 PM. Cremation will be private.
