Joseph Francis Nazimek, 94, of Clifton, passed away on August 3, 2024. Born in Clifton, he was a lifelong resident. An active parishioner of St. John Kanty RC Church, Clifton, he was a member of the former St. Theresa's Choir, and the SJK Holy Name Society. A US Army Veteran during the Korean War, Joe was a member of the Athenia Veterans Post, Clifton. Joe and his brothers were the owners of Nazimek's Market on Van Houten Ave., Clifton, for over 50 years,

Beloved husband for 63 years of Virginia "Ginny" (Kazimir) Nazimek. Devoted father of James A. Nazimek of Montville, the late Joseph S. Nazimek who passed away in 2023, and his wife Sharon (Anderson) Nazimek of Bloomfield. Loving grandfather of Michael and Alexandra, and the late Steven who passed away in 1995. Dear brother of Henry Nazimek of Fair Lawn and the late Walter, Stanley, Frank and Stephen Nazimek. Cherished father-in-law of. Loving uncle of many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
