Joseph J. Casperino, Jr., 85, of Monterey Beach, passed away on March 23, 2023. Born in Fall River, MA, he lived in Clifton before moving to Monterey Beach in 1997. A former parishioner of St. Brendan's RC Church, Clifton, Joe was a Baker for ShopRite in North Caldwell for many years, retiring 20 years ago. A member of the Clifton Moose Lodge #657, Clifton, Joe was an avid fisherman and enjoyed Karaoke at the Ortley Moose Lodge where he was known as "Mr. C".

Beloved husband of the late Audrey (Marchioni) Casperino who passed away in 2011. Devoted father of Audrey Casperino-Davidoski and her husband Ray of Clifton, and Joseph Casperino and his wife Carol of Maplewood. Loving grandfather of Keri, Kenton, Craig and his wife Alyssa, Kortney, Casey and Joseph. Cherished great grandfather of Lex Smythe. Dear brother of Theresa Gorman and Phyllis Graber, both of Florida.

Visiting Sunday 4-8 PM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton. Funeral Monday 8:45 AM at the funeral home and 10 AM at St. Brendan's RC Church, Clifton. Cremation will be private.
