Joseph Samuel Buginsky, 75, of Little Ferry passed away on December 11, 2023. Born and raised in Paterson, he lived in Clifton for 15 years and Hawthorne for 15 years before moving to Little Ferry 3 years ago. Joseph graduated from Eastside High School in Paterson where he was an accomplished pole-vaulter. He was a huge fan of the NY Yankees and loved to play poker. Joe will be remembered for his world famous pancakes and he used to love cooking and baking for his friends and family.

Joe is survived by his children, Brian Buginsky, Lisa Czerepak and her husband Michael, Rick Buginsky and his partner Heather Borchers, Greg Buginsky, and Emily Atieh and her husband Tamr. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren, his brother Jerry Buginsky and his wife Laurie, and his sister Marian Carter and her husband Michael. He will be dearly missed by his beloved feline companion, Oscar.

A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday, December 16, 2023 from 1-3PM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton. Cremation was private.
