Jose Ramon Rodriguez, 78, of Clifton, passed away on December 28, 2017, at home, surrounded by his loving family.
A parishioner of St. Clare's RC Church, Clifton, Jose was a resident of Clifton for 39 years. In his 45 years of business, Jose, along with his brother, were the owners of Mallorca and Sevilla Restaurants in Passaic , and Sevilla Spain Restaurant in Pine Brook.

Beloved husband for 54 years of Maria (Senra). Devoted father of Catherine Fasino and her husband Robert of Pine Brook, and Marilyn Smith and her husband Todd of Long Valley. Loving grandfather of Sadie, Todd and Harris. Dear brother of Delfin, Julio, Manuel, Dolores, Amparo, Esperanza, Carmen and Olivia.
Funeral Wednesday 9 AM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton and 10 AM at St. Clare's RC Church, Clifton. Entombment, East Ridgelawn Cemetery, Clifton. Visiting Tuesday 4-8 PM at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers donations to either the Alzheimer's Foundation of America www.alzfdn.org or the Alzheimer's Assoc www.alz.org . , in memory of Jose, would be greatly appreciated.
