Jonathan Bruce Grove, 73, of Garfield passed away on February 7, 2022. Born in Passaic, Jonathan lived in Clifton for most of his life before settling in Garfield in 2018. A Clifton High School alumnus, Jonathan graduated in 1967. A Family man, He always put his family first before anything else and enjoyed taking short trips with his wife and son. Jonathan was a diehard science fiction fan, especially of Star Trek. Jonathan had an interest in the supernatural and Halloween was his favorite holiday which he celebrated year-round.

Beloved husband of Cynthia (Rodeawald) Grove. Devoted father of Jonathan William Grove of Garfield. Loving step brother of the late Robert Glen.

Funeral Arrangements were private under the direction of Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton.

A Memorial Gathering will be held at a later date.
