Johnathon Russell Avia, 35, of Schuylkill Haven, PA, formerly of Phillipsburg, NJ, passed away on February 26, 2025. Johnathon is survived by his wife of 6 years, Jennifer L. (Whitehead) Avia, his step-children, Hailie Gaines and Cory Lee, his brothers, Stephon and Travis Avia, his best friend, Kevin Jarkovsky and his fiancée Amanda Beckerle, and his uncle Mike.

Lovingly referred to as "Skunkle", Johnathon was always loved by kids and anyone who got to know his big personality. He was a huge Dallas Cowboys fan and loved playing video games, especially Grand Theft Auto. He will be dearly missed.

Through the Gift of Life Organ Donor program, Johnathon will live on in the many lives he will save.

Cremation and services were private under the direction of the Shook Funeral Home, Clifton.
