John J. Vieira III

John, sadly, passed away after a brief illness. He lived most of his life in Clifton before moving to Lakewood following retirement from Ford Motor Co. ,Parts Division.

John was the son of the late John J. Vieira Jr. and Ella Vieira. He leaves behind to cherish his memory, sister Arlene, brothers Robert, Daniel, Joseph (Jeannine), Louis (Rhonda), David (Heather), George (Ashley), many nieces, nephews, cousins & friends. In addition to his parents, John was predeceased by his brother Lawrence, his partner Joan, nephews Robert & Tyler.

John served in the US Navy, stationed in Vietnam. He was a parishioner and altar boy in his youth at St. Philip the Apostle until his move to Lakewood.

A funeral mass will be held Saturday, 9/28 at 10am, St. Philip the Apostle RC Church, Clifton. Interment following at 11:30 am, East Ridgelawn Cemetery, 255 Main St, Clifton.
