John Sobczyk's Obituary
John Sobczyk, 65 of Wallington, passed away on December 29, 2018. Born in Poland, he came to the US on December 6, 1960, and lived in Wallington, Clifton and Carlstadt, before returning to Wallington several years ago.
A parishioner of St. Joseph's RC Church, Passaic, John was the owner of O&J Heating & Air Conditioning, Wallington, for many years.
Beloved husband for 32 years of Wendy (Lucianin). Devoted father of Kristina Marie Sobczyk and John Dominik Sobczyk, both of Wallington. Dear brother of Halina Dera and her husband Zygmunt of Butler, PA, Edward and his wife Lolita of Clifton, and William of Carlstadt. Loving uncle of many nieces and nephews.
Funeral Friday 8:45 AM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton, and 10 AM at St. Joseph's RC Church, Passaic. Interment, St. Michael's Cemetery, South Hackensack. Visiting Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the funeral home.
