John A. MacCormick, 42, of Passaic passed away on March 9, 2022. Born in Passaic, John lived all his life in Passaic. John was a Self employed Property Manager. A member of the National Rifle Association, John enjoyed fishing and was a diehard fan of both the New York Yankees & the San Francisco 49ers.

Beloved brother of Morgan MacCormick and Anthony Battle of Ridgefield Park, Johnna Lee Smith and her husband Scott of Lake Hopatcong and Thomas MacCormick of Cincinnati, OH. Dear nephew of Irena and Steven Maguire, Debra Sienko, and the late Andrzej Sienko.  Loving cousin of Rebecca, Alex and Zachary Sienko. Cherished uncle of Katie, Laruen, Shannon, Dillan and Christian MacCormick, Kyla and Sarai Perry, Watson, Marion and Chester Smith. Dearest close family Rosa, Peter,Tado, Marco and Wanda Kopic. Loving Son to the late John H. and Barbara MacCormick and beloved grandson to Zofia Sienko.

John was loved and cherished by many different close friends and family thought his life.

A Memorial Gathering will be held on Friday, March 18, 2022, 6-8 PM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton. A Prayer Service will begin at 7 PM.
