John Galanti, 83, of Clifton passed away on October 26, 2011. Born in New York City, John lived in Passaic and Garfield before moving to Clifton 25 years ago. John worked as a Truck Driver for many years and was a proud member of the Teamsters Local #560. Beloved husband for 63 years of the late Mary (Serafino) who passed away in 2007. Cherished fiancé of Anna Schaarchuch. Devoted father of Joseph Galanti and his wife Susan Kemprowski of Edison and the late Lawrence and Frances "Vinnie" Galanti who both passed away in 2005. Loving father-in-law of Janet Galanti. Adored grandfather of Lisa, Larry and his wife Nicole, Lynn, Michael and Nicole. Loving great-grandfather of Angelica, Tianna and Aiden.
