John C. Ferriola, 82, of Paterson passed away on November 16, 2025. Born and raised in Paterson, he was a lifelong resident. Having multiple careers throughout his life, a bass guitarist, a sign painter, a computer technician, a printing press technician, he retired at 78.
John was a Classic Car Enthusiast and enjoyed working on cars and music.

Beloved husband of Dorothy (VanHook) Ferriola. Devoted father of Carolyn Sapalio and her husband Barry, Jack Ferriola and his partner Michelle Trudel, Christine Acocella and her husband Frank, Ann Deno and her husband David Santana, and Anthony Ferriola and his fiancé Tara Bondesen.

Loving grandfather of Jacqueline, Korynne, Kaylee, Mackenzie, Ally and Mason. Cherished great grandfather of Damian and Ophelia. Dear brother of the late Beatrice Rossebo. Loving uncle of Scott Rossebo.
